今天复制webrtc demo代码运行，发现报错：

NotReadableError: Could not start audio source

NotReadableError: Could not start audio source

解决：

1.首先确保设备有麦克风设备和摄像头

2.确保浏览器该网站的权限是否开启

摄像头和麦克风必须允许

3. win10系统应用权限 ，麦克风和相机的都开
